Monique Hoell
Founder, CEO

Walter Phoenix was founded in 2022 by Monique Hoell.

Monique has over a decade of experience in various roles across early- to late-stage startups in Europe. She co-founded the DTC consumer brand HelloBody, spearheading its international growth to serve over 1.5 million customers in Europe and the US, achieving >$70 million in annual sales before its acquisition by the DAX-listed consumer goods group Henkel in 2020.

Walter Phoenix's network comprises seasoned professionals specializing in marketing and sales, operations, finance, business intelligence, leadership, and human resourcing. Once product-market fit is achieved, the firm provides comprehensive support across all areas of growth — from scaling and fundraising to M&A and beyond.
